Talent board

Connect family-support work with IT talent.

A two-way board for the CoTrackPro community: family-support professionals and organizations find the IT talent they need, and developers find mission-driven work building child-centered, trauma-informed tools. Browse the curated listings below, or post your own — it runs on GitHub, so there's nothing new to sign up for.

How the board works#

The board is curated — the listings above are maintained in the repo — and open to submissions through GitHub, so it's dynamic with no separate account:

  1. Submit — open an issue from a template (IT-talent need or Developer availability). It's automatically labeled (talent-need / developer-available) so it's easy to find.
  2. Get promoted — a maintainer reviews submissions and adds suitable ones to the curated board above (a one-line entry in site/data/jobs.json, contributed by pull request).
  3. Browse everything — see all open submissions on the issues page, filtered by the talent-need and developer-available labels.
  4. Connect — comment on a listing or issue to start the conversation. New to the community? Introduce yourself in Discussions.

Posting guidelines#

This board serves families, so a few ground rules keep it safe and useful:

  • Never post confidential family information. Issues and listings are public. Describe the work, not any family's private details.
  • Be specific and respectful. Include skills, region/remote, engagement type (volunteer, intern, contract, or hire), and a way to connect.
  • Stay mission-aligned. Listings should relate to child-centered, trauma-informed, court-neutral family-support work.
  • Keep it current. Close your issue once a role is filled or your availability changes.

Listings are community-posted and not vetted or endorsed by CoTrackPro. Do your own due diligence before engaging, and treat everything here as informational only.
